Business Development Manager ( Males only)
Exp. : 2-5 yrs Exp. in real estate or construction company
Salary : 4 - 5 LPA (Based on Current CTC & Exp.)
Responsibilities:
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction sector, including residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, architects, contractors, and other key stakeholders.
· Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive activities, and potential areas for growth.
· Develop and implement effective strategies to generate leads, convert prospects into clients, and achieve sales targets.
· Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to showcase our company's capabilities and services.
· Collaborate with the project management team to ensure smooth project handover and client satisfaction.
· Stay updated on industry developments, market conditions, and regulatory requirements.
· Monitor and report on business development activities, market trends, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
· Bachelors degree in business administration, Construction Management, or a related field.
· Proven experience in business development within the construction industry, preferably in Bangalore.
· Strong knowledge of the local construction market, including key players, projects, and potential clients.
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.
· Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.
· Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills.
· Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team
